We met Bart Stevens five years after we relocated from New York City. Millicent, who is our Princess with Down syndrome, was getting all the services she needed and was in a good school. We even had a Family Trust in place. We felt very comfortable with the direction our lives were heading. With Bart's careful guidance we were able to effectively get Millicent's Special Needs Plan in place. We are grateful to our F.A.C.T. group and the appearance of Bart Stevens at our meeting.
